Application of high weather resistance color-coated aluminum

Aluminium coated with PVDF fluorocarbon coating has high weather resistance. It is made of roller coating with a unique double or triple coating process.

The chemical name of PVDF is polyvinylidene fluoride, which has a special chemical structure. The carbon-fluorine (CF) bond energy in the molecular structure is very strong (485KJ/MOL).  Only a small percentage of the ultraviolet light in sunlight can break the CF bond.Therefore, sunlight has almost no effect on it.The coated aluminum coil  is highly weather-resistant under wind and sun, and its surface is not easily got discoloration, it has acid and alkali corrosion resistance and excellent gloss retention.

FEVE 4F fluorocarbon coated aluminum sheet ismade of FEVE fluorocarbon coating with high weather resistance, combined with a unique double coating process roller coating. This product belongs to the fluorocarbon category. The high-energy carbon-fluorine bond in the molecular structure of the coating makes the product extremely weather-resistant. It has the same advantages and completeness as PVDF fluorocarbon coated aluminum sheets in terms of weather resistance. The FEVE 4F fluorocarbon coating has four carbon-fluorine bonds, so it has higher stability.

Carbon resin, whether inorganic pigments or organic pigments can be well soluble in FEVE resin, and can be used to adjust the color to very bright colors.

The product has better color selectivity and glossiness that PVDF cannot match. The coating hardness, acid and alkali resistance are also better than PVDF coating.

Our high-performance polyester HDPE coated aluminum sheet should actually be called high-weather-resistant polyester HDP coated aluminum sheet. The film-forming material on the surface of the aluminum sheet is mainly high-weather-resistant polyester resin HDP, which has better weather resistance than ordinary polyester (PE) coated aluminum sheet.

The polyester resin used in the coating of our company's high-performance polyester HDPE coated aluminum sheet is mainly HDP resin, which does not contain aromatic intermediates and absorbs less than 10% of ultraviolet light, reducing the damage of ultraviolet light to the coating and improving the weather resistance of the coating.
